Position: Housekeeper - Private Residence | Sunny Isles Beach, FL | Mon-Fri, 8 AM-2 PM
A private family in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain their primary residence, a single-family home of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. The household consists of a couple only, with no children or pets. While this is their primary residence, the family travels frequently. This is a stable and respectful household environment with no childcare or pet care responsibilities, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (flexible start time)

Responsibilities

• Detailed cleaning of all interior areas
• Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, and floors
• Dusting all surfaces
• Cleaning interior windows and baseboards
• Organizing closets and pantries
• Cleaning and maintaining the refrigerator

• Expert laundry care, including washing, folding, steaming, air-drying, and pressing
• Ironing and pressing personal laundry and bed linens
• Shoe care
• Properly putting clothes away
• Packing and unpacking luggage for travel

• Cleaning outdoor cabana and patio areas
• Monitoring and maintaining household supply inventory
• Washing vegetables and light kitchen prep tasks as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of private housekeeper experience with verifiable references
• Strong laundry and wardrobe care experience (preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Non-smoker
• Reliable, discreet, and professional

Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
