As a Production Operator Propellant Preparation, you will play a key role in the preparation of energetic materials essential for our activities.
Your Work EnvironmentYou join the Production Preparation Unit of Raw Materials, specialized in the reception, transformation, preparation, and shipment of raw materials for the manufacture of pyrotechnic products. Your work will take place at the Ariane Group site in Saint-Médard en Jalles (33), a center for loading missile strategic propulsion of the French Oceanic Force. You will actively participate in the preparation of energetic materials and the loading of propellants in propulsion, respecting safety, quality, and environmental standards.
YourMissions
- Prepare mixtures under the supervision of the installation conductor;
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of production equipment at the end of the mixing campaign of pyrotechnic or chemical products;
- Detect and inform the supervisory agent of any discrepancies observed;
- Report to the supervisory agent the balance of tasks performed and formalize any improvement proposals;
- Ensure the preparation of raw materials: weighing, packaging, and conditioning of chemical materials;
- Prepare and package finished oxidizing products, as well as sampling during production;
- Participate in the grinding activities of oxidizing materials under the supervision of the installation conductor.
- Desired initial training:
Professional Bac in industrial mechanics or specialized in the field of Chemistry (PCEPC or CAIC); - Ideally, first experience in an industrial environment;
- Technical skills:
Forklift-rigger certification and CACES 2-3 would be a plus.

- Morning:
Monday 5H-13H30 Tuesday to Friday 5H-12H30 - Evening: 12H/20H30 Monday to Thursday then 12H/16H30 Friday
- Night: 19H45 to 5H30
- Training in pyrotechnical work environment provided
- Location:
Ariane Group site in Saint-Médard en Jalles (33).
