Composite Parts Manufacturing And Quality Control
Fabricate and integrate composite parts or subassemblies to constitute main composite elements. Use manual or automatic techniques and appropriate tools/machines that are essential for the production of parts, for example, cutting materials, installing inserts, riveting, molding. Perform first-level quality control. Inputs:
Raw materials, tools, standard parts and components, documentation (technical instruction, work order, and work card). Outputs:
Composite elementary parts, ready to be assembled and integrated. Ensure compliance with production standards and cadences. Respect health and safety rules related to composite material production. As a material handler using bridge, fenwick, and tractor pushers:
Setting up production tooling. Inter-station transfer of tooling/parts in production Transfer of parts on jigs after molding Handling of quarantined parts. Desired experience:
Material handler CACES R.484 cat 1 (GROUND HOIST), CACES R.489 cat 3 (Fenwick) and cat 5 (Hubtex) Good savoir-faire, enjoys working in a team, reactive, flexible 2x8 or nights
Work Time Duration: 35H/week Shift work (2x8, 3x8, 5x8, etc.)
