Title: Project Manager
Location: North Miami, FL
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead full planning and coordination of commercial drywall scopes, including interpreting plans, developing sequencing strategies, and managing submittals, RFIs, pricing, and documentation
- Oversee daily field execution by coordinating with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and GC teams to maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage labor, materials, equipment, logistics, meetings, and change orders, with limited support for painting scopes when needed
- Handle project financials through cost tracking, take-offs, pricing, progress billing, and complete closeout documentation
- Maintain accurate project records in Procore, uphold safety and quality standards, travel to jobsites, and support additional duties as assigned
Project Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong hands-on experience managing commercial drywall projects
- Proven understanding of drywall sequencing, production rates, and field coordination
- Experience managing foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Procore, estimating software, and Google Suite
- Commitment to OSHA and company safety standards
