Flanigan's Restaurants - - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and escort to table in a timely manner and manage the wait list for seating;
Maintain a cheerful and courteous temperament and keep the host station and waiting area clean;
Answer telephone within 4 rings and direct guests to proper staff;
Communicate guest questions or concerns to the manager on duty;
Conclude guest visits with a courteous sign-off and assist with opening/closing duties and sidework
