General Statement of Job

Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day coordination, organization and supervision of various activities and services administered within the Parks and Recreation Department.

High school graduate or equivalent, preferably supplemented by college level course work in recreation, education, or physical education. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Must be physically able to operate an automobile, various small hand tools, public address equipment, and a variety of automated office machines, which include a computer, copier, etc. Must be able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to ten pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Light Work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of ten to forty pounds.

Holiday Bonus

Employed November 1st through October 31st, worked at least 1040 hours between during employment period listed above, will receive $200 Holiday Bonus.
