- Maintenance Technician 1 – The Links Resort

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. You will focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

• Second shift (off season 12:00pm – 8:30pm) and peak season 2:30pm – 11:00pm.
• Must work weekends and holidays.

• Maintain the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determine the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Perform general repairs needed, including painting, patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coordinate or inspect, operate, and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities listed may not include all tasks or apply to all resort locations. An official job description will be provided and signed on the first day of employment.

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.
