We are currently seeking a part-time Janitorial and Light Maintenance Technician to join our team!

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and light maintenance
• Janitorial duties to keep high rise building clean
• Other as required in all areas of maintenance & janitorial duties

• Previous experience in maintenance and janitorial field
• Familiarity with maintenance and janitorial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle a physical workload including:
  • The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
  • The ability to respond quickly to sounds
  • The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
  • The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
  • The ability to work in extreme weather
  • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and after hour on-call responsibilities (rotated unless designated on‑site staff)
