PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Mens and Womens Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).;
Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty rewards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Keep Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and Customer experience.;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
