Description:
Working daily in the office answering phones, greeting customers, organizing and putting together paperwork to coordinate between the customer and the company to ensure an accurate and smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Greet customers
- Prepare sales folders and required paperwork
- Process title paperwork for each vehicle being sold
- Process work orders for customization required on vehicles
- Work directly with customer and sales rep to coordinate and process everything needed to complete sale of vehicle from start to finish
- Process finance paperwork
- Prepare truck MSO (Manufactures sticker of Origin)
- Assist in collection of payments
- Experience with an automotive dealership or sales paperwork processing and titling
- Bi lingual (English and Spanish) REQUIRED
- Highly organized
- Answer phones and make calls to customers
- Collect payments
- Coordinate work flow between customer, sales staff and manufacturing department
