Customer Service Rep

Overview

Accurately take and process orders and transactions received either in person or over the phone. Provide outstanding customer service. Check all products for accuracy against quality standards. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, arriving on time, assisting teammates, supporting other workstations during shifts, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Operate all equipment, clean equipment and facility daily, and perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
• Perform accurate math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; coordinate motor skills for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler, and take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Handle customer concerns with care and understand the importance of quality products and service.
• Attention to controlling food and labor costs.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Possess basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Cross‑trained and able to perform other workstation duties as needed.
• Non‑exempt, hourly position.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Permit.
• Preferred: bilingual in certain markets.

Work involves standing, walking, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Requires manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, and physical strength to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. Work environment temperatures range from 36° to 90°F, exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Appropriate clothing and safety gear required.
