Looking for a stable, hands-on job where no two days are the same? BACH Self-Storage is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent & Facility/Grounds Support to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, sales, and light facility upkeep in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers rent storage units in person, over the phone, and online
• Drive occupancy through leasing, follow-ups, and great customer service
• Show available units and guide customers through the rental process
• Handle unit turnover (cleaning, preparing units, removing overlocks)
• Support delinquency management and assist with lien/auction preparation
• Keep the property clean, secure, well-maintained and curb appeal at all times
• Perform light groundskeeping and basic repairs (locks, doors, landscaping, snow removal)
• Sell packing/moving supplies and support retail inventory
• Use computer systems to track tasks, rentals, and communications

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, guest relations, leasing agent or facility management
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, Email, CRM systems)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Available Saturdays and for occasional after-hours emergencies
• Contribute to and support a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
