Sanitation Site Manager

Job Description

The Sanitation Site Manager is responsible for overseeing sanitation processes and managing team members within the manufacturing facility. With a strong emphasis on safety, this individual must ensure that all equipment and surfaces in their area are maintained in compliance with FDA/USDA regulations. The Site Manager is accountable for overall tracking and verification of new associate training and for delivering ongoing performance feedback to direct reports.

This position requires a seasoned Sanitation Leader who is adept at leading a team of associates toward the achievement of shared objectives.

Oversee sanitation processes and manage team members within the manufacturing facility; maintain equipment and surface compliance with FDA/USDA regulations; track and verify new associate training; deliver ongoing performance feedback to direct reports; lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve shared objectives.

• Seasoned Sanitation Leader with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
