Challenger Pallet is seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Driver for our Ogden, Utah facility. This role is responsible for safely loading dry van and flatbed trailers
, ensuring outgoing orders meet quality standards
, and helping lead a small 2‑3 person team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the shipping area.

• Operate a forklift to safely move and load pallets and materials
• Load dry van and flatbed trailers efficiently and securely
• Inspect outgoing pallets to ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee and coordinate the work of 2 team members
• Maintain organized staging areas for shipments
• Verify counts, accuracy, and quality of outgoing loads
• Communicate with production and management to ensure timely shipments
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience loading flatbed and dry van trailers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work outdoors when needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
