Pay & Benefits- Starting at $19/hour (with 1 year of experience). Scales up to $25/hr + 10% shift differential

- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bend specifications
- Select and install the appropriate tooling for each job
- Form sheet metal parts to specified dimensions and tolerances
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality throughout production
- Document production and inspection results accurately
- Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in continuous-improvement efforts

Schedule:
Swing Shift is Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM
Enjoy 3-day weekends every week.
