Mixing Operator - Graves

We're hiring a Mixing Operator in Ogden, UT at $18.65/hour to join a beverage production team where your precision and problem-solving skills directly impact product quality. If you have a mechanical mindset, an eye for detail, and experience working in a production or batching environment, this role offers steady hours on a rotating 12-hour schedule and hands-on work you can take pride in.

• Mix and batch juices, teas, and other beverages according to precise formula specifications
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to maintain consistent product quality
• Maintain detailed batch records, production logs, inventory documentation, and changeover reports
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep production on track
• Safely handle strong chemicals including acids, alkalis, and disinfectants following strict safety protocols
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to verify product integrity throughout the batching process
• Perform basic calculations to determine ingredient quantities and batching cycles
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company safety requirements consistently

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills and comfort with computer data entry
• Ability to work in variable temperature conditions

• Previous experience in a production, batching, or mixing environment
• Forklift certification or experience

This position runs on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

A and B Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

C and D Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

$18.65 per hour
