Cleveland, OH | Ground-Up Project

A well-established and highly respected regional commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a ground-up project in the Cleveland area. This contractor is known for doing things the right way - with a strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and long-term client relationships.

This is a highly visible role on a meaningful project with strong systems, leadership support, and a company culture built around trust and accountability.

The Opportunity

• Lead a ground-up commercial project in Cleveland
• After completion, transition into local Cleveland work or regional travel, based on preference
• All travel fully covered for regional roles
• Excellent compensation and benefits package

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety
• Coordinate closely with project teams, inspectors, and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism
• Lead by example and foster a positive, organized jobsite environment

• What They're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong background in ground-up construction
• Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and solve problems in real time
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Open to local work and/or regional travel (travel fully covered)
