Aura Smile Dental North Olmsted is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing best‑in‑class patient care to every patient, every visit, every time.

Our ideal candidate is a certified professional with 3+ years of experience, preferably in a lead dental assistant role.

Personal hygiene, cleanliness, including daily bathing/showering and clean scrubs, is a MUST; no exceptions as we are a patient‑facing business.

Our practice is partnered with North American Dental Group yet operates from the “family feel” of private practice. Partnering with NADG, our dental assistants can count on an assigned Regional Dental Assistant Coach to guide you toward your success and growth. This structure is designed to help support and fully develop our dental assistants. Our professional development opportunities also assist our DAs in exploring advancement opportunities.

Hourly rate: $19-25 /hour

Monday: 8am‑4pm
Tuesday: 8am‑4pm
Wednesday: 8am‑4pm
Thursday: 8am‑4pm
