North American Dental Group is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Plan Coordinator to greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and present treatment plans in a fast-paced dental office.
This role supports production goals, creates reports, and acts as an educator for patients about dental care, with a team-oriented, empathetic approach.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm with some Fridays; no flexibility on hours; prior dental front desk experience preferred.
