Starting Pay Rate Range: $20.99 – $24.12, commensurate with experience.

Summary
This position provides clinical and operational support within a dental school clinical environment. Responsibilities include operation of the dental dispensary, radiographic procedures and on-site training in instrument processing and sterilization. Required to assist with sedation monitoring under supervision and support of faculty and students during clinical sessions.
Principal Functional ResponsibilitiesDispensing and Inventory Support: Prepare and dispense dental material, instruments and equipment as requested, ensuring students, faculty and clinical staff have timely access to instruments and materials for patient care. Assemble and dispense procedure-specific instrument trays and supplies. Inspect instruments for cleanliness, function and damage. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate. Monitor expiration dates and dispose of outdated materials properly.
Assist with ordering and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Sterilization and Compliance: Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and stored according to infection control protocols. Maintain accurate inventory levels by stocking, organizing and replenishing supplies.…
