Associate PD Engineer

Associate Product Development Engineer

North Olmsted, OH (Hybrid). Eligible for a hybrid schedule working out of our North Olmsted, OH office. Remote days are Monday and Friday.

• Develop innovative new products and extend current product lines.
• Work together with team members to develop capable, cost‑effective manufacturing and assembly processes concurrent to product design activities to ensure robust designs are delivered.
• Problem solving and failure analysis using engineering analysis tools.
• Actively participate in Design Reviews / DFM / DFA for new products.
• Proactively compile, prepare, and present data for timely project updates and technical presentations.

• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with 3D modeling CAD software.
• Self‑motivated and works well in a collaborative design culture.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to work hand‑on, prototype and troubleshoot proactively.

• Experience with Solid Works and/or 3DX.
• Exposure to Failure Analysis, FEA, DRBFM, FMEA, DOE, and DFMA.
• Ability to apply engineering principles, i.e., fluid, mechanical, and thermal.
• Interpretation of statistics related to manufacturing processes and part design.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Tolerance stack‑up and analysis.

Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD – $88,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary within, or above/below this range, based on factors including education, training, experience, and location. Employees will participate in an annual bonus plan or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
