As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting. • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their home setting
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients
• Collaborate with other caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and support

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in the healthcare field preferred
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
