• Process biweekly or weekly payroll for all employees.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and tax information.
• Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with wage laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and coordinate with HR and Finance as needed.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
