Location: North Olmsted, OH
Position: Commercial Cleaner (Part‑Time, 2nd/3rd Shift)
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 1‑5 pm – 8 hours weekly
Pay: $17.15 per hour
Union: SEIU Local 1 – all employees must join the union

• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks and tabletops, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, pick up larger objects
• Clean restrooms: restock dispensers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, sweep and mop tile floors, clean toilets and urinals
• Other duties: empty trash cans, spot‑clean glass and windows, dust vents and other hard‑to‑reach places as needed
• Maintain equipment and order supplies
• Keep the janitor’s closet clean and separate clean/dirty laundry
• Use the communication book to request consumables and share facility information
• Communicate with the Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, client requests, and other relevant issues
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
• Good communication skills and a willingness to keep the company ideals of character, competence, and caring in mind while at work
