Squeaky Clean NEO is expanding our short-term rental cleaning services! We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented independent contractors to clean and prepare Airbnb and vacation rental properties between guest stays.

What You'll Do- Clean and prepare vacation rentals between guest stays.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens and towels, on-site or off-site depending on the property.
- Make beds and prepare spaces for arriving guests.
- Restock guest amenities using provided inventory.
- Take before-&after photos.
- Report damage, maintenance issues, and low supplies.
- Complete final walkthroughs and secure properties.
- Flexible Scheduling: Set your availability around your lifestyle.
- Choose Your Territory: Select the communities you're willing to service throughout Northeast Ohio.
- Competitive Earnings: Estimated $20–$30/hour equivalent, with compensation established per assignment.
- Weekly Payments: Consistent weekly payment schedule.
- Growth Opportunities: Potential for repeat assignments as our vacation rental division expands.
- Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work.
- Weekend availability strongly preferred, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to meet guest turnover deadlines.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain required liability insurance.
- Professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.
Contractors are compensated per completed turnover, with estimated hourly-equivalent earnings of $20–$30 depending on experience, efficiency, reliability, and property requirements. Actual earnings vary by assignment.
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Work is offered based on property bookings and contractor availability; assignments are not guaranteed.
