As General Manager, you are the leader of the business—responsible for driving results, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional 5‑star experience across every part of the resort.

• Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and resort team members
• Own full‑cycle talent management: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance
• Build a high‑performance, accountability‑driven culture
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all departments
• Ensure excellence in cleanliness, safety, and pet care standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor efficiency
• Maintain facility standards, vendor relationships, and inventory control

• Set and uphold 5‑Star service expectations across all interactions
• Drive revenue through service offerings, client retention, and enrollment growth
• Personally resolve high‑level customer concerns
• Monitor feedback and continuously improve the guest experience

• Act as a Brand Ambassador in the local community
• Build partnerships with veterinarians, groomers, and pet‑related businesses
• Lead marketing initiatives to drive awareness and growth

• Own P&L performance and profitability
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive results
• Manage expenses, payroll, and budgeting
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency

• 3–4+ years of management experience (pet care, hospitality, retail, or similar)
• Proven leadership in high‑volume, service‑driven environments
• Strong business acumen (P&L, labor, operations, performance metrics)
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop talent
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on growth and results
• Valid driver’s license
