Job OverviewWe are actively searching for Inspection Engineer (Vision Systems) Internships candidates to join the Electrode Department in Warren, OH. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with battery manufacturing and automation.
- Hands on experience and with Vision System installation on the Manufacturing Floor
- Analyze some of the initial data and build Davinci dashboards to visualize this data and gain insights to potential problems.
- Testing and verifying a deep learning model.
- Continuous Improvement Process Optimization, Equipment Efficiency Improvement, and Productivity Enhancement Projects with Engineers.
- Ability to use Logical thinking and decision making by focusing on identifying root cause objectively using data, analyzing production results, and following proven problem‑solving methods
- Knowledge of Mechanical/technical curiosity and mindset
- Currently enrolled as a Sophomore or Junior or in Computer Science or related Engineering degree program.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and collaborating with team members.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and the ability to adapt to changing financial landscapes.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, accommodating occasional demands outside the standard work hours.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve shared goals.

Annual refresher training will be completed every year after to fulfill the requirements of 40 CFR. Other training to be provided as required.
