** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and material handling equipment to support safe and efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate equipment concerns promptly.
* Maintain product quality standards while meeting production targets.
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a quarry or heavy manufacturing environment.
* Mechanical aptitude and capability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
* Dependable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
