Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions.
Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation. Shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. This position requires working on some major holidays.
Education/Licenses NeededFull, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State of the United States or District of Columbia.
