Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers on the lot, or providing administrative services. These roles may involve direct customer or vendor interaction, such as directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions about product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance.
