Greet customers and pro-actively approach athletes to understand their needs and assist with shopping by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment;
Promote store programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment;
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and guidelines;
Support the store team with an all-hands-on-deck approach across the store
