Lids - 577 Great Northern Mall Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up;
Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage team to create a fun and productive environment and explain how their work supports company objectives;
Schedule and staff the store including calling in associates for unexpected peaks when Store Manager is not present;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Encourage compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory, funds, and property;
Customer Experience Lead to execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service;
Educate customers on Lids memberships and in-store offers;
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness;
Maintain store technology and equipment and manage daily audits
