Retail Master Club Fitter

Golf Galaxy is seeking a Retail Master Club Fitter to deliver premium, technology-driven fitting experiences. In this on-site role, you will use advanced launch monitors, swing analysis software, and retail systems to evaluate player performance and recommend ideal club configurations. You'll adjust and customize equipment, coordinate special orders, and translate data insights into clear recommendations. Partnering closely with sales teams, you'll convert fittings into sales while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive club fittings using launch monitors and swing analysis technology
• Recommend custom equipment configurations based on performance data and player goals
• Configure and adjust clubs (loft, lie, shaft, grip) and coordinate custom orders
• Educate customers on technology findings, product options, and performance outcomes
• Maintain and calibrate fitting bays, launch monitors, and related tech equipment
• Collaborate with sales associates to convert fittings into retail sales
• Track fitting sessions, sales outcomes, and customer feedback in store systems
• Support merchandising and product demonstrations for new golf technologies
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with company culture and standards
• Participate in ongoing training on new equipment, software, and fitting methodologies
