Overview

Founded in 2002, The Turn is a prominent 501(c)(3) charitable organization serving members of our community with physical disabilities through adaptive golf. The Turn is committed to its mission to support physically challenged individuals as they strive to restore their balance, strength and physical capabilities by combining rehabilitation-based fitness and golf, among other activities. In support of its nonprofit activities, The Turn owns and operates the North Olmsted Golf Club ("NOGC"), which offers a newly renovated, nine‑hole executive-length golf course to public golfers, adult and junior leagues and club members.

The Turn shares its campus with the Northern Ohio Golf Association ("NOGA"), a key supporter of The Turn. Further, The Turn is a member of the US Adaptive Golf Alliance and is supported by the Cleveland Clinic, the Northern Ohio PGA and the United States Golf Association ("USGA").

We are currently seeking an Assistant or Head Golf Professional to join our team. This position offers flexibility and can be shaped to fit either:

• A PGA Associate or early‑career professional seeking broad exposure to instruction and golf operations, or
• An experienced PGA Professional interested in a purpose‑driven role within an adaptive golf environment.

• 9‑hole executive golf course
• Cart fleet includes:
  • 21 standard rental carts
  • 7 Solo Rider adaptive carts
  • 5 Para Golfer adaptive carts
• Strong emphasis on accessibility, inclusion, and player development

(Adjusted based on experience and interests)

• Provide golf instruction to juniors, adults, and adaptive golfers
• Assist with junior golf and player development programs
• Support adaptive golf instruction and PGA HOPE programming
• Assist with tournament and event operations
• Support daily golf operations and course management
