We have a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as an Office Assistant
.

Our organization provides registered agent services nationwide for our legal clients. We save time and reduce the workload of our clients by acting as a competent extension of their team. Our Annual Reports team partners with Secretary of State and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely filings on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Salary Period:
    Biweekly
  • Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude by greeting all callers pleasantly and in a timely manner
  • Leverage internal systems to ensure detailed and accurate information from clients is captured in a fast and efficient manner
  • Prepare and ship documents to clients using various mail carriers
  • Data entry, scanning and processing of documents
  • Assist the various departments within the business by supporting staff and the fulfilment of products or services
  • Maintain office supplies, work with vendors, and perform general administrative and other job functions as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office environment experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills, including typing (data entry), scanning, email and internet research
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical duties
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining efficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Willing to learn multiple job skills
