We have a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as an Office Assistant
. Our organization provides registered agent services nationwide for our legal clients. We save time and reduce the workload of our clients by acting as a competent extension of their team. Our Annual Reports team partners with Secretary of State and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely filings on behalf of our clients.
- Work schedule:
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. - Hours per week: 40
- Salary period:
Biweekly
You will be the first, and often continuous, impression of our company. You will possess exceptional customer‑oriented skills, as well as strong administrative skills.
Some of your key responsibilities will include- Maintaining a courteous, friendly attitude by greeting all callers pleasantly and in a timely manner.
- Leveraging internal systems to ensure detailed and accurate information from clients is captured efficiently.
- Preparing and shipping documents to clients using various mail carriers.
- Data entry, scanning and processing of documents.
- Assisting various departments within the business by supporting staff and the fulfilment of products or services.
- Maintaining office supplies, working with vendors, and performing general administrative tasks as assigned.

Other key skills required for the role include- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous office environment experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
- Excellent computer skills, including typing (data entry), scanning, email, and internet research.
- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical duties.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn multiple job skills.
