Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project progress through data-driven analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Identify potential inefficiencies and provide recommendations to keep projects on track.
Provide professional Cost, Schedule, Earned Value expertise in the management and delivery of client program initiatives.
Coordinate and communicate with Client Management, Project Management, and stakeholders.
Champion Safety practices, procedures, goals, and metrics.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Capital Forecasts.
Analyze financial data and create reports to support business decision-making.
Support cost and schedule risk analysis and provide input.
Build and maintain financial models in Excel to analyze trends and project future performance.
Perform accounting unitization activities to ensure SOX Compliance and accurate reporting of assets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or an appropriate engineering discipline.
6-10 years of experience in project control with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Experience with SAP, BOBJ, and Power BI.

Preferences:

Basic understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera.
