• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather and analyze project specifications.
• Perform value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain estimation tools and databases.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Track project costs and variances throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Internship or practical experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cost estimation software such as Plan Swift, Win Est, or CostX.
• Familiarity with project management software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
