We are seeking Customer-Focused Call Center Agents
to handle inbound and outbound maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for dispatching vendors or internal crews, tracking work orders, and ensuring each job is completed with accuracy and high-quality service.
You will serve as a critical quality control checkpoint, managing the entire lifecycle of each request, from the initial call to final client follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.
