Orange Dental Partners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing multi-specialty practice. We specialize in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry, and we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Welcome patients and create a warm, friendly first impression.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Confirm upcoming appointments.
• Check patients in and out of the office.
• Help patients complete intake and medical forms.
• Verify basic insurance information.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate referrals and assist with general front office duties.
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental office experience is a plus, but not required.
