Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of fossil fuel projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion, once they are turned over for field execution. This role involves managing various departments and ensuring smooth project execution while acting as a representative with local, national, and international agencies.
Responsibilities- Manage staff and employees involved in the project.
- Ensure safety management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee contract administration and compliance.
- Develop and implement project management plans.
- Control and manage project costs.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the project.
- Oversee the commissioning and start‑up of the facility.
- Prepare operations for project readiness.
- Act as a liaison for public relations and corporate communications at the site and community level.
- Represent the company with regulatory agencies during project execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- 6 to 10 years of experience managing engineering and construction projects in the oil & gas/petroleum sector.
- Experience in overseeing project budgets and execution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong skills in project management and fossil fuel projects.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Experience in scope compliance and risk management.
The role involves working on‑site during the field execution phase, requiring collaboration with various departments and teams. The Project Manager will engage with local, national, and international agencies and regulating entities, ensuring the project meets all compliance and safety standards.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Juno Beach, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 – $65.00 per hour.
