Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of assigned projects to ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
- Support construction work performed by contractors and vendors at project sites.
- Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on projects.
- Participate in walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements.
- Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.
- Assist in scope control, budget oversight, and resolution of technical issues.
- Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies.
- Reinforce expectations related to safety, procedure compliance, and corrective action.
- Coordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, and contract administration.
- Analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- 6 - 10 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in the construction or renewables industry.
- Experience interfacing with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
