Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Management professional to lead coordination and execution of early-stage Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role will manage cross-functional teams and ensure projects are technically sound, financially viable, and ready for construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple renewable energy projects through pre-construction phases
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, regulatory, and development teams
- Define and develop project scope, schedules, and deliverables
- Support financial modeling, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Assist in contract negotiations with vendors and service providers
- Identify risks and ensure timely mitigation
- Prepare projects for seamless transition to construction teams
- Present project updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related)
- 4+ years of project management or relevant experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in renewable energy, power, or battery storage projects
- PMP certification
- Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
