We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of utility-scale BESS projects from early development through construction readiness. This role involves advanced technical, financial, and regulatory planning to optimize project scope, risk allocation, and financial feasibility across complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

• Lead pre-construction planning and optimization for BESS projects.
• Coordinate with project development teams to ensure timely project schedules.
• Manage project variables including environmental, regulatory, and land acquisition.
• Develop technical scope to enhance project feasibility.
• Support negotiations and jurisdictional requirements for project agreements.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement for financial models.
• Present financial models and manage executive budget approvals.
• Negotiate and execute commercial contracts for critical services.
• Communicate with leadership, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and communities.
• Ensure seamless project handover to construction teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong project management abilities.

• Experience in renewable energy projects, particularly electricity markets and battery projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six Sigma experience.
