We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our Federal Hub efforts in Juno Beach, FL. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of Engineering, Construction, and Integrated Supply Chain. • Support project development from early-stage technical assessments through construction readiness and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for site configuration, constructability assessments, and balance-of-plant evaluations.
• Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models to support project sanction decisions.
• Manage risk registers, track scope changes, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain on major equipment procurement and bid evaluations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Experience in project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage Owner-level reporting obligations.
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models and contractor bid evaluation.

• Experience with combined cycle or simple cycle gas development projects.
• Familiarity with interconnection processes and associated E&C scope implications.
• Experience coordinating long-lead equipment procurement in constrained OEM markets.
