User Research & Data Analyst

The User Research & Data Analyst will support a major enterprise-application initiative by uncovering user needs, analyzing data, and contributing insights that guide UI and workflow improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomous environments, can navigate ambiguity, and is enthusiastic about experimenting with innovative approaches and AI-enhanced research methods.

• Plan and conduct mixed-method research, including interviews, workflow analysis, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, workflow maps, insight summaries, and usability reports.
• Collaborate with business partners, designers, and developers to inform product decisions.
• Validate design concepts through iterative usability testing and follow-up research.
• Use AI-supported tools or methods to explore new approaches to research and analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in UX research and/or data analysis; enterprise-level experience is a plus.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Experience working with Figma and Jira.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools and emerging research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UX terminology, research processes, and design-related concepts.
• Experience conducting research in software environments.

• Experience in the energy, utilities, or clean-tech sectors.
