Join us as a Junior Power Automate Associate and help keep our data workflows running smoothly! You monitor and troubleshoot existing automations, validate and pull data as needed, and assist in building new workflows under guidance. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience, full training, and the chance to grow your skills in automation, data, and business technology.
Job Responsibilities- Monitor and support existing Power Automate workflows
- Troubleshoot basic workflow and data issues
- Assist in building new automations under guidance
- Manually pull and validate data when automation isn available
- Ensure data accuracy for reports and business processes
- Test Power BI reports to confirm correct data outputs
- Maintain simple documentation and communicate issues promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge (filters, formulas, formatting)
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams)
- Interest in data, automation, or technology
- Hands-on mentoring in Power Automate
- Exposure to real production workflows and business systems
- Opportunity to grow into roles such as Automation Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Associate
- Experience across multiple business systems and data integrations
