IT Field Technician

Our client is in need of an IT Field Technician! This role supports technology planning and execution across clinical and corporate environments, including retiring outdated systems and implementing new solutions as offices and facilities evolve—always with a focus on enabling high-quality patient care.

2 month contract to start with high possibility of extending

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting end-user technology in a field or on-site IT support role, including diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network-connected devices
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments, with experience supporting system setup, user access, updates, drivers, and security configurations
• Experience supporting technology needs during operational changes such as office openings, expansions, or relocations, including coordinating equipment setup, teardown, and reinstallation across locations
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
• Valid, active state-issued driver’s license with the ability to travel between locations as needed

• Support technology transitions associated with office and facility changes by assisting with equipment documentation, removal, setup, and validation of IT systems and specialized medical devices
• Deliver hands-on, on-site technical support for a variety of endpoint and infrastructure hardware, including workstations, laptops, printers, and network-connected equipment
• Apply working knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments to troubleshoot system-level issues involving user access, operating system updates, drivers, and security configurations
• Participate in technology refresh and asset management initiatives, including system retirements and deployment of updated hardware to support operational continuity
• Travel between the primary campus and off-site project locations as needed to support technology initiatives
