JD:
- Accountable for solution design, advises on the best use of the underlying technology (FSL, Vlocity, Service Cloud) to meet the needs of the business
- Coordination with Next Era Salesforce program architecture counterparts and Salesforce product team
- Establish a framework that supports current and future business capabilities
- Responsible for the defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for an Agile Release Train (ART)
