As a J&J Cleaning Coordinator, you will be responsible for basic cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal. This role is part of the Cleaning Services function, ensuring the cleanliness of client and company buildings.

As a J&J Cleaning Coordinator, your responsibilities include basic cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal. You will work within the Cleaning Services team to maintain cleanliness standards across various facilities.

• Support cleaning of high-traffic areas daily as assigned by your supervisor.
• Stock restrooms with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Clean various areas including storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators by sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment, including moving furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners and tools.
• Maintain safe storage of cleaning supplies and complete detailed checklists for each area.
• Follow company standards and procedures for cleaning and chemical use.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to routines and standards, exercising limited discretion in problem-solving.
• Perform duties as outlined in detailed procedures under supervision.

• High School Diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to follow routines and standards.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

This position offers a minimum pay rate of $15.00/hour and may include benefits such as medical, well-being, financial planning, and incentives. Due to federal contract requirements, only U.S. Persons are eligible to apply.
